Hiking is a part of life for me. Sometime I just want to isolate myself from this town. I am not the type of person who wants to take their anger out on anyone not the cause of it. I climb the mountains nearby and just take my anger out up there. It is the only good medicine in the moment. To anyone experiencing anxiety or depression. It would be a good idea for you to try hiking. Consult with a doctor if you experience any dizziness or vomiting while hiking. Hiking obviously isn't for everyone if they find it difficult. But it's just walking.
